You will utilize various tools and software, such as SAP and Excel, to track and manage receivables efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and track outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of receivables in SAP and Excel.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer payment behavior and identify potential risks.
• Issue reminders and follow-up letters to customers to encourage timely payments.
• Provide regular reports on receivables status to management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related documents.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with credit management processes and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
