📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.
• Conduct job analyses and prepare job descriptions and specifications.
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a logistics or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
• English proficiency is a plus.
