Bold Spot Pratama is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Jember, Jawa Timur. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute to our growing company. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, attendance, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business goals.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.,English proficiency is a plus.
