📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in strategic planning and project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
