Puskesmas Hana Kebab is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our healthcare staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in training and development to gain valuable experience in the healthcare sector.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to healthcare staff.,Create and update training materials and resources.,Conduct training needs assessments and evaluations.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify training requirements.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to healthcare staff.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Participate in continuous professional development activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development (optional for recent graduates).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Basic knowledge of healthcare systems and practices.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.,Willingness to work in a healthcare environment.
