Quick Bit Lestari is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier Clinic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Monitor cash and inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure consistent service quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Comply with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier in a healthcare or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,High school diploma or equivalent.
