📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily open-pit mining operations, ensuring safe and efficient production.
• Coordinate with mining teams, including drillers, blasters, and haulage operators, to achieve production targets.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, such as ore grade, recovery rates, and production volumes, to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, implementing measures to mitigate risks and minimize environmental impact.
• Develop and implement operational plans, including mining schedules, equipment maintenance schedules, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of mining equipment and infrastructure to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of mining activities, including production reports, safety incidents, and environmental compliance data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in open-pit mining operations, with a proven track record of managing large-scale mining projects.
• Certification in mine safety and environmental compliance, such as the Certified Professional in Mining (CPM) or Certified Mining Safety Professional (CMSP).
• Proficiency in mining software and tools, such as Vulcan, Datamine, or Surpac.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and environmental standards relevant to Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze complex mining data.
• Familiarity with the geological and mining conditions specific to the Bangka Belitung region.
