📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain loading equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks to ensure efficient and safe loading processes.
• Monitor and maintain loading equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and meets safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient loading and unloading of materials.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of loading equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
• Train and supervise junior operators to ensure they are competent and capable of performing their duties safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of loading activities, including equipment usage, maintenance, and safety incidents.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance loading processes and overall operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a loading operator or similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of loading equipment operation and maintenance, including forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks.
• Understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with other departments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is a plus.
