📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and bread products.,Develop and test new recipes to ensure quality and consistency.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and production targets.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends.
