📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Administer and enforce HR policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
