Easy Nest Lestari is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Cimahi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth running and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Handle inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability.,Assist in the development and implementation of store promotions and marketing activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on store performance to the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
