Hub Global Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Tax Officer to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our tax filings and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and related documents.,Maintain and update tax records and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax-related reports and analyses.,Provide support in the coordination of tax audits and inspections.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax-related documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of tax-related policies and procedures.,Provide support in the training and development of junior staff.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a tax-related role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using tax software and accounting software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
