The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality healthcare services, assisting the Bidan in various tasks, and ensuring the well-being of our community. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Bidan in providing prenatal and postnatal care to expectant and new mothers.,Conduct health check-ups and provide basic medical services to the community.,Educate and counsel patients on health and hygiene practices.,Monitor and record patient health data and medical history.,Assist in the administration of vaccinations and other preventive healthcare measures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.,Participate in community health programs and initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and practices.,Willingness to travel within the community for healthcare services.,Good physical fitness and stamina.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic medical knowledge and skills.First aid and emergency response training.Computer literacy (basic office software).Time management and organizational skills.Cultural sensitivity and awareness.Language skills (Indonesian and local languages preferred).
