📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the required standards and presentation.,Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.,Assist in the proper storage and handling of food ingredients.,Help in maintaining inventory levels of food ingredients.,Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the decision-making process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow health and safety regulations.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Good physical fitness and stamina.
