📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the retail industry.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the retail industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting.,Ability to travel to various locations as required.
