Mandiri Permata Jaya is seeking a passionate and experienced English teacher to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to helping students improve their English language skills in a fun and engaging way. The ideal candidate will have a degree in English or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of all levels.,Create and maintain lesson plans and materials that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of the students.,Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their English language skills.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a high-quality education experience for students.,Attend professional development opportunities and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques.,Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and diversity.,Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.,Participate in school events and activities to promote the school and engage with the community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an English language classroom.,Strong knowledge of the English language and its grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.,Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons.,Experience working with students of all levels and abilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.,Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.

🛠️ Keahlian

Teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) certification is a plus.Experience with online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Google Classroom.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.Experience with educational assessment and evaluation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with cultural sensitivity and awareness.Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Indonesian.
