As an Export Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from our warehouse to international destinations. You will work with various stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customers, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in logistics and a passion for international trade.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize logistics processes for international shipments
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping operations
• Track and report on key logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on international trade regulations and compliance requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export logistics or supply chain operations
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use
