CV Pratama Sumber is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and a proven track record in coordinating logistics and transportation activities. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our fleet, contributing to the overall success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance to optimize costs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient fleet services.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
