📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the engineering process department, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Oversee the implementation of process improvements, leveraging tools like SAP and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify inefficiencies and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for engineering processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor process performance and ensure compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff.
• Represent the department in meetings with stakeholders and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering process management, with a proven track record in the steel manufacturing industry.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
