CV Mulya Industri Jaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs and policies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE procedures, policies, and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation, including incident reports, training records, and inspection results.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HSE considerations into all aspects of operations.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs to management.,Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Certification in HSE management, such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or other relevant certifications.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address HSE issues.,Proficiency in using HSE software and tools for data management and reporting.
