📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Write and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Review and edit technical content to meet quality standards.,Assist in developing user manuals, guides, and other technical materials.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through technical documentation.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.,Support the technical writing team in achieving project goals and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills in English.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
