We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the success of our stores. As the Lead Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers to ensure they meet performance goals.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing multiple stores.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
