🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
