As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring that all production targets are met and that our products are manufactured to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring that all production targets are met.,Monitor and manage the performance of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Identify and implement improvements to production processes to increase efficiency and productivity.,Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure that all production needs are met.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of employees.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.
