🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
