Warung Citra Bakso is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver the best possible experience to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our operations from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with our team and stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train the kitchen and service staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal food and supply levels.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with remote management tools and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
