📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice on paint products to customers and sales teams.,Support sales activities by promoting paint products and driving sales.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing solutions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the paint industry.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience in the paint industry, preferably in a supervisory or sales role.,Strong knowledge of paint products and their applications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
