🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and other departments.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) or other HR management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
