📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Lead and mentor procurement teams, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement activities with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement operations to drive innovation and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement operations, with a strong track record in managing end-to-end procurement processes.
• Proven expertise in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software, including SAP Procurement, Oracle Procurement, or similar systems.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Proven ability to drive cost savings and efficiency in procurement processes.
