In this role, you'll spend your days engaging with potential investors, conducting due diligence, and negotiating terms to secure funding for our projects. You'll need to be proactive, persuasive, and well-versed in the intricacies of private investment deals. This is a part-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to manage your workload while maximizing your earning potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue high-value investment opportunities for Private Advertiser's projects.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investors and investment targets.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable investment deals.
• Build and maintain a robust network of investors and industry contacts.
• Prepare and present investment proposals to potential investors.
• Track and manage the progress of investment deals from initiation to closure.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Private Advertiser team on investment activities.
• Stay informed about market trends and investment opportunities in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Capital Raising Consultant or similar role, with a track record of securing significant investments.
• Strong understanding of private investment markets and trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in investment analysis tools and software, such as Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple investment deals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong network of contacts in the investment and business communities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and investment practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
