📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks or similar software
• Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support the accounting team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Accounting roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
