📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
• Proficient in using retail management software like Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
• Strong understanding of inventory management and customer service
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
