📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute innovative beverage concepts that captivate customers
• Create and maintain detailed beverage recipes and menus
• Train and mentor bar staff on mixology techniques and beverage preparation
• Source and evaluate new ingredients, equipment, and suppliers to enhance beverage offerings
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for new beverage offerings
• Conduct taste tests and gather customer feedback to improve beverage offerings
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mixology
• Ensure compliance with food and beverage safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a mixologist or beverage specialist in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, including classic cocktails, creative drinks, and beer and wine pairings
• Proficiency in using a variety of mixology tools and equipment, such as shakers, blenders, and jiggers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor staff
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with beverage software and point-of-sale systems, such as POS, inventory management, and recipe management software
• Certification in mixology or beverage science is a plus
• Passion for creating unique and memorable drink experiences
