📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain milling equipment, including ball mills, rod mills, and SAG mills, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and adjust milling processes to maintain production targets and product quality.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of milling equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mill Operator in a tin processing plant or similar industrial setting.
- Proven track record of operating and maintaining milling equipment with minimal downtime.
- Familiarity with milling equipment such as ball mills, rod mills, and SAG mills.
- Knowledge of process control systems and instrumentation.
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the mining and processing industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
