📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize warehouse inventory using SAP or similar logistics software.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor and improve logistics processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce delivery times and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to streamline order processing and delivery workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, with a focus on warehouse management and delivery operations.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse inventory and coordinating with delivery partners.
• Strong understanding of logistics software such as SAP, WMS, or TMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
