📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network equipment and services.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor and maintain network performance.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records of network performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong technical skills in network equipment and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Nagios.
• Knowledge of network protocols and standards, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a challenging and remote environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
