In this role, you will oversee the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, to streamline our operations and improve data management. You will also be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases, to ensure optimal performance and security. Additionally, you will lead the development and maintenance of our IT security protocols, safeguarding our critical data and systems from potential threats.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of ERP systems, such as SAP, to streamline operations and improve data management.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases, to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Lead the development and maintenance of IT security protocols to safeguard critical data and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced IT solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in our mining operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to IT staff to ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other enterprise software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices.
