🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, insurance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CIPM (Certified Insurance Planner and Advisor), or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
